Get to know me

Hey! Want to get to know me better? Early on in my life, I worked in the Fashion merchandising industry. When I got married and moved to Houston where my husband worked, I soon realized that the hub of designing a brand and selling it to the department stores is in New York. I traveled back and forth between New York and Houston for work for a while but soon with my first child I realized that I’ll have to make a decision. The decision I made was to become a planner for distributing goods for a large chain called Palais Royal. I enjoyed it way more since I was working with numbers and I was naturally good with finance. Well, as we know, eventually everything good comes to an end and they fold after a few decades.
Next, I decided to open a restaurant/Deli. The hours of operation were the same as my children’s school, and soon I had mastered the business and kept on opening larger businesses. At one point I realized most of my time went managing employee issues more than managing and marketing the restaurant, and eventually I sold my part of the restaurant. But this time I was smart, I knew exactly with my passion on numbers, I became a mortgage banker. With no experience in the industry, my interviewer saw through me and knew that with enthusiasm to win the highest, I’d be of no risk to her. And soon I became a top producing banker who did more closings than other seniors. The division manager gave so many bank branches to me that it put me on a health challenge.
Eventually I felt like I needed a change, and in 2012/13, I quit and decided to start a new business and be self employed – be my own boss – and became a Realtor®. That’s when I dedicated myself to mastering the art and science of selling and buying properties at the best prices. I hit the ground running because I had a huge database and my knowledge of mortgage and underwriting my own files, but I still wanted to immerse myself in learning and got certifications for SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative), PSA ( Pricing Strategy Advisor, SMP (Social Media Pro), CSMS ( Certified Seller Marketing Specialist). I have loved every minute of it, and here I am after a more than a decade being Realtor®
